Hello everyone!

I'm Martin and I've set up this little forum. I bought a flat at Beechgrove (no. 265) in March last year where I stay with my wife and son.

I hope that this little place will help homeowners as well as tenants to communicate more efficient and also to share information and ideas regarding our block.
